This project shows my skills of 3D Modeling and capability of collaborate multiple software skills to finish a complete creative poster. In this project, we were asked to design a series of creative poster (1 pre-launch poster and at least 3 official posters) for Sydney Open.
The concept comes from the aim of Sydney Open: offer a chance for citizens to explore the inside of Sydney’s famous buildings. As the outcome, Sydney Open makes Sydney citizens more familiar to those building. I metaphor taking participant of Sydney Open as a process of restoring Rubik’s Cube: If a person want to restore a Rubik's Cube, then he/she must be very familiar to the item. Therefore, the series of poster was designed as a game invitation which is inviting all Sydney citizens to restore the Rubik's Cube.
To achieve the expected outcome, I took use of my 3D modeling skills. I used Rhino 6.0 and Keyshot built and rendered model of Sydney Opera House, Government House, Anzac War Memorial and UTS Tower.
